1. Weddings are booked on a tight schedule in order to accommodate as many couples as possible. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, your wedding will be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded or reused.

2. In the event of last-minute reschedules or cancellations, we may not be able to fill-in your spot. Because of this, deposits are 100% refundable before 5 days. After that, they are 50% refundable before 72 hours. Within 72 hours, deposits are nonrefundable.

3. Chaplain On Demand is not responsible for lost or stolen items within our facilities. If you have lost an item, call us! We may have found it!
